Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:

~ Find and apply for staffing & recruitment tenders

~ Handle government and private manpower tenders

~ Prepare and submit tender documents on time

~ Work on GeM, CPPP and other tender portals

~ Coordinate with internal team for documents

~ Follow up on tender status and results

Requirements:

~ Minimum 2 years’ experience in tender work (Staffing/Recruitment)

~ Knowledge of manpower supply tenders

~ Basic computer and MS Office skills

~ Good communication and documentation skills
