We are looking for a Domestic Holiday Packages Executive with strong knowledge of Chardham Yatra and other Indian pilgrimage & leisure destinations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, selling, and managing end-to-end domestic tour packages, ensuring excellent customer experience.Key

ResponsibilitiesDesign, customize, and sell domestic holiday packages, with special focus on Chardham Yatra (Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath)

Handle inbound queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-insProvide accurate information about itineraries, hotels, transport, helicopter services, permits, and weather conditions.

Coordinate with hotels, transporters, helicopter operators, and local vendorsPrepare costings, quotations, and detailed itinerariesManage bookings, confirmations, vouchers, and paymentsAssist clients during the tour and resolve any on-ground issuesStay updated on Chardham guidelines, registration process, yatra dates, and government regulationsUpsell add-ons like sightseeing, VIP darshan, helicopter services, and insuranceRequired Skills & QualificationsGood knowledge of Chardham Yatra routes, seasons, and logisticsExperience in domestic tour packaging (pilgrimage experience is a plus)

Strong communication and sales skillsAbility to handle senior citizens and family groups patientlyBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM/software)Hindi & English communication required (additional regional languages a plus)Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience with Uttarakhand / pilgrimage tourismComfortable handling high-season pressure (April–June)
