Travel Executive

The Travel Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all travel-related services for clients, ensuring smooth planning, booking, and execution of travel arrangements. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing travel operations to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the travel desk, including tour bookings, transportation, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other vendors to secure competitive rates and reliable services.
• Handle client inquiries, travel requests, and special requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Design customized travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and tourism standards.
• Monitor bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and refunds.
• Resolve travel-related issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records, invoices, and MIS reports related to travel services.
• Supervise and guide travel desk staff, ensuring service quality and productivity.
• Stay updated on tourism trends, destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
