Key Responsibilities

Online Class Management

• Manage and support daily online college classes (Zoom/Google Meet/MS Teams, etc.)
• Record, edit, and upload class videos as per academic schedules
• Ensure audio/video quality, proper framing, and smooth delivery
• Organize, name, and maintain a structured archive of recorded sessions
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams for schedules and requirements

Video Editing & Creative Work

• Edit videos for clients, college promotions, social media, teasers, reels, and ads
• Create short teasers, intros, outros, and highlight clips
• Perform color correction, sound enhancement, and basic motion graphics
• Design basic creatives, thumbnails, posters, and social media graphics

Content & Client Coordination

• Understand client briefs and deliver content within timelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Make revisions based on feedback from internal teams and clients
