We are seeking a creative, motivated, and technically skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the video creation process, from conceptualization and filming to final editing and delivery. You will work on a variety of projects, including [insert examples: marketing, promotional, social media, corporate, training, etc.]. If you have an eye for great shots, are passionate about storytelling, and know your way around an editing suite, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Production & Shooting (Camera Operator)

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and plan video shoots based on project goals.
• Operate professional video cameras, DSLRs, or mirrorless cameras [optionally specify cameras, e.g., Sony FX3, Canon R5].
• Set up lighting, audio equipment (mics), and microphones on location or in a studio.
• Ensure high-quality, engaging visuals and crisp, clear audio.
• Direct on-screen talent or subjects during shoots to capture the best performance.

2. Post-Production (Video Editor)

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve [choose one or all].
• Perform color correction, color grading, and sound mixing to ensure high production value.
• Insert motion graphics, titles, transitions, subtitles, and music to enhance the final product.
• Manage video archives and organize raw footage.

3. General Production

• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software.
• Maintain, maintain, and troubleshoot video equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Videographer, Editor, or similar role.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing skills (crucial).
• Camera Tech: Proficiency in operating professional cameras and lighting gear.
• Software Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and [After Effects or Davinci Resolve].
• Audio Proficiency: Understanding of proper microphone placement and sound editing.
• Creativity: Strong storytelling abilities with an eye for detail and composition.
• Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in social media content creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok).
• Basic knowledge of 3D motion graphics.
• Experience with drone videography.
