Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years

Job Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage reporting, data tracking, and coordination with training centers and government bodies. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect, maintain, and analyze data from training centers
• Take regular reports and ensure timely follow-ups
• Track mobilization and placement data accurately
• Coordinate with the State team of Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting
• Required Skills:Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage large datasets efficiently
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 5+ years of experience in MIS or similar role
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Candidates from anywhere in India can apply (must be willing to relocate to Ranchi)
