Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Understand customer concerns related to orders, products, delivery, and returns, and resolve them effectively
• Provide accurate product information and guide customers through their purchase journey
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales) to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality
• Handle escalations calmly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
