🔹 Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in the field, explaining company products/services, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and cold calling.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
• Present and explain company products/services effectively.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Submit daily field visit and sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collect required documents and coordinate with the backend team for smooth onboarding.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
• 🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and target-driven environment.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
• 🔹 Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in field sales
• Experience in B2B / B2C sales will be an added advantage.
