Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)

COMPENSATION DETAILS

Internship (2 Months) (Performance-based conversion, subject to business requirement)

• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives: Up to ₹7,000 per month

Full-Time Role

• CTC: ₹3.75 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA (based on performance & role fit)

• Salary structure as per company policy and applicable statutory norms

• Salary revision may be considered periodically based on performance and company policy

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide students and parents on suitable career-oriented programs

• Counsel students from 3rd to 12th standard on courses and competitive exams

• Communicate with students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms

• Support students through the enrollment and admission process

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups

• Build positive and ethical relationships with students and parents

• Work towards assigned weekly and monthly enrollment targets

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Interested in student mentoring and career guidance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working from home / hybrid setup

• Experience in education counseling, sales, or customer interaction is an advantage (not mandatory)
