Role OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team. This is a 100% field sales role focused on driving merchant acquisition and product adoption for PhonePe smart devices, including smart speakers and payment scanners.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field visits to identify, meet, and onboard new merchants to the PhonePe network.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to merchants for better adoption of PhonePe devices.
- Sell PhonePe smart speakers and scanners to merchants and small businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales data and customer records.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Graduates are also welcome).
- Experience: 3–6 months of prior experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, or B2B/B2C sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a bike and valid driving license (mandatory).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
