ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Address customer inquires and provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and optimize leads generating efforts.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and pitch the relevant products or services.
  • Identify potential leads through various channels ( calling, Field visits, & referrals, etc.).
  • Maintain a database of leads and ensure it is regularly updated with accurate information.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the generated leads convert into sales.
  • Update and manage leads information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customer.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Tele calling and sales regulations.
