*Job Profile for Center Head/Franchisee* 

● ​Day to day running of the center

● ​Counseling

● ​Parental queries

● ​Taking classes (when required)

● ​Maintaining records (admission, inventory, essentials, academic, attendance, transport, electricity and phone)

● ​Communicating with the head office

● ​Teacher training with monthly package, nursery rhymes, concepts

● ​Conduct PTM

● ​Collect information pertaining to their specific center. E.g., special days, field trips

● ​Safety measure counseling

● ​Infrastructure upkeep (outdoor and indoor)

● ​Equipment maintenance

​Recruitment of staff (ayahs and office boy)

● ​Conducting and presiding over Annual Day

● ​Supervision of Summer Camp and other school related activities.
