About the Role:

We’re hiring Core Coil Assembly Operators (3–10 years) experienced in transformer assembly. The role involves precision alignment, handling of magnetic cores, and coil stacking for small to high voltage transformers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble core and coil units as per engineering drawings and specifications.

• Align laminations and secure windings to form transformer cores.

• Perform clamping, bolting, and taping with precision and care.

• Inspect assembly work for dimensional accuracy and insulation safety.

• Collaborate with testing and winding teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–10 years of experience in transformer core and coil assembly.

• Strong understanding of LV/HV transformer design and assembly process.

• Skilled in handling laminations, insulation, and alignment tools.

• Ability to interpret drawings and maintain quality standards.
