Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Madhapur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience(optional)/Fresher in human resources, preferably in a service-based industry, and will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance for our company specializing in AC and washing machine repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding skilled technicians and support staff.
• Maintain employee records, handle payroll, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training programs for technicians and staff to enhance service quality.
• Assist in performance evaluations and career development plans.
• Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Guntur.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in hiring technicians or blue-collar workers.
