REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER -GUNTUR

•         Ensure rectification of Customer queries and complaints within timelines
•          Resolution of  Gold / Account irregularities.
•         Ensure timely updating of the legal matters in the Legal Software and seek guidance from  legal teams in ZO/HO
•         Timely reporting of police seizure cases to the legal team in HO and follow-up for approval to hand over the gold to police
•         Timely attending the court hearings by liaising with advocates
