Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to handle daily showroom operations, sales, staff coordination, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets
• Handle customers professionally and resolve issues
• Supervise and train sales staff
• Monitor stock, billing, and daily reports
• Maintain store display, cleanliness, and discipline

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in retail / jewellery showroom
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer and billing knowledge
