Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer – Civil with a strong background in railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in execution, supervision, and management of railway construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise civil engineering works related to railway infrastructure projects (track works, bridges, stations, etc.)
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site activities to ensure timely project delivery
• Review engineering drawings, designs, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with relevant railway standards, codes, and safety regulations
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce effectively
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure implementation of quality control and safety procedures on-site

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• 8–12 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on railway projects
• Proven experience in railway construction (e.g., track laying, bridges, tunnels, station works)
• Knowledge of Indian Railways standards and specifications
• Strong project management and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on large-scale railway or metro projects
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
