We are seeking a Site Supervisor for our projects in Guntur, who will also take on partial Business Development (BDM) responsibilities. The role involves overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining project timelines while also tracking and reporting new hospital developments in the region.

• Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision Duties:Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor material usage and maintain inventory control.
• Ensure quality checks at every stage of construction.
• Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to management.
• Business Development Duties:Identify and track new hospital projects and medical facilities in Guntur and surrounding areas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, architects, and real estate developers.
• Provide timely updates on potential leads for hospital infrastructure projects.
• Support business development efforts by gathering market intelligence and networking within the medical sector.
• Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in commercial or healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to travel within Guntur and nearby locations.
• Basic understanding of business development in the healthcare infrastructure sector is a plus.
