Job Title: Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + up to ₹10,000 incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join Ascent Edu Services. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers, explain our educational services, and close sales deals over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Explain company services and offerings clearly and effectively
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
• Convert leads into successful sales (deal closure is mandatory)
• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills (English + local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Target-oriented mindset
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
