3D Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer to plan, design, and furnish interior spaces that meet functional and aesthetic needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design concepts, space utilization, and material selection, with the ability to transform client requirements into practical and visually appealing environments.

• Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and material specifications.
• Select furniture, color palettes, lighting, flooring, and other interior elements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project execution.
• Oversee on-site work to ensure quality standards and design accuracy.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client approvals.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technology in interior design.
• Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Excellent creativity, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
