Academic Counsellor

What You’ll Do:

• Talk to parents on phone calls (both incoming and outgoing) and help them understand our tutoring services
• Listen to what the child needs in academics and suggest the right tutoring program
• Build comfort and trust with parents by explaining things clearly and answering questions patiently
• Encourage parents to enroll by communicating well and helping them make decisions
• Keep clear notes of every call, follow-up, and parent conversation
• Work with the academic and operations teams to make sure students start their classes smoothly
• Meet your monthly counseling and enrollment goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or EdTech roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to connect empathetically with parents.
• Strong understanding of student learning needs and a solution-oriented approach.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
