DegreeFYD is an online higher-education guidance platform that helps students and working professionals discover, compare, and apply to accredited online and distance degree programs, offering free expert counselling and end-to-end admission support.

Role Summary

We are hiring motivated graduates for a full-time Inside Sales / Admission Counsellor role.

The position involves counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and converting qualified leads into enrollments for online and distance learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound student leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM

• Counsel students on suitable online and distance education programs

• Assess eligibility and guide students through the admission process

• Explain course structure, fees, timelines, and university details

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admission targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate (all streams eligible)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
