📢 Job Opportunity – Account Executive (Tally Expert)

Position: Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive with strong knowledge of Tally. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment)

✅ Handle GST-related tasks (Invoicing, Return Filing, Reconciliation)

✅ Perform Bank Reconciliation

✅ Maintain vendor and customer ledgers

✅ Prepare and manage invoices and update records

✅ Track expenses and payments

✅ Prepare monthly and annual financial reports

✅ Assist during audits by providing required data and documents

✅ Support basic TDS and taxation work

✅ Ensure confidentiality of financial data

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) is mandatory

✔ Strong knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)

✔ 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferred)

✔ Knowledge of GST and basic taxation

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel

✔ Good attention to detail and responsibility

Additional Skills:

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Time management and ability to work in a team
