Account Executive (Accounting)

Kites Creatives is a fashion, content, and talent management agency working with international and Indian models, brands, and production houses. We are looking for an experienced Accountant who understands the workings of a model agency / creative business.

This role is ideal for someone who can handle dynamic payments, multiple clients, talent accounts, advances, commissions, and agency-style accounting with clarity and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and ledgers
• Manage model payments, client collections, commissions, and advances
• Handle invoicing, receipts, and reconciliation
• Track client dues and outstanding payments
• Manage GST, TDS, and compliance
• Coordinate with CA for filings and audits
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Accountant (minimum 2–3 years)
• Experience with creative agencies, model agencies, production houses, or talent management will be a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, GST, and taxation basics
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and confidential information
