Account Manager

The Candidate should manages, analyzes, and reports an organization’s financial transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial health. Key duties include reconciling bank statements, preparing tax returns, auditing documents, and managing accounts payable/receivable. They provide actionable financial data to leadership to aid in budgeting and financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Recording & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date ledger balances, journals, and financial statements (balance sheets, profit/loss).
• Compliance & Tax: Computing taxes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Reconciliation & Auditing: Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and performing internal audits.
• Financial Analysis: Analyzing data to suggest improvements for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profitability.
• Budgeting: Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting for future financial performance.
