Hiring a Account Manager In Gurugram branch of London based international Fashion Brand. Candidates Should be have Excellent Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Management Skills and a proven track record in the Fashion industry. we are seeking candidates who can handle accounts department independently and can built the team.

Work Responsibility

1.Correspondence with overseas Direct or indirect buyer regarding outstanding payment on the basis of buyer’s agreed payment terms.

2. Credit control.

3. Recruit and Train New Employees

4.Management assurance & Internal financial control

5. Projection of sales and expense.

6. Comparison of sales and overhead with last three years.

7. Oversee Accounting daily operations.

8. Material resource planning and inventory management

9.Vendor and purchase order review& stock audits

10. Physical Verification Of closing stock.

11. Making MIS Reports on Monthly and quarterly basis & Reports of Monthly financial & Profitability statement as per actual consumption.

12. Auditing and verifying purchase bills to make sure its matching with oracle system.

13.GST/TDS compliances

14. Accounts receivable &payable

15. Statutory audit/Internal audit 

16. Scrutiny of wrong entries.

17. Queries settlement with Auditors

18.Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc

19. Submission of reports (Cash forecast, Credit report, MIS monthly report, quarterly & yearly) in time.

20. Monitor and analyses accounting Data.

21. Lead accounts team

22. Ensure team duties delegated and managed during absences.

23. knowledge of "SAGE" accounting software.
