2. Real Estate TransactionsAccount for sale agreements, advances, customer receipts

Track brokerage income, commissions payable, and receivables

Maintain customer-wise and broker-wise ledgers

Reconcile sale consideration vs registered value

3. GST & TaxationPrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)

Handle GST on construction, input tax credit (ITC)

TDS compliance (194-IA, 194C, 194H etc.

Coordinate with CA for income tax returns and audits

4. Payments & Vendor ManagementProcess vendor, contractor, and consultant payments

Track outstanding payables and receivables

Maintain contractor bills, work orders, and payment schedules

5. Banking & ReconciliationBank reconciliation statements

Monitor cash flow and fund requirements

Track loan EMIs, interest, and disbursements (if applicable)

6. Reporting & MISMonthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

Project-wise profitability reports

Cost vs budget analysis for construction projects

Brokerage performance and commission reports

7. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain proper documentation for:

Sale deeds

Agreements to sell

Contractor bills

GST invoices

Assist during statutory audits and assessments
