2. Role Overview (Accountant)

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle accounting functions in a structured and timely manner.

3. Compensation Summary

CTC (Annual) MUR 905,000.00 Gross Salary (Annual) MUR 620,000.00 Basic Salary (Annual) MUR 372,000.00 Special Allowance (Annual) MUR 248,000.00

EOY Bonus One (1) month of gross salary payable in December. In the first year, the bonus will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of joining, subject to successful completion of the probation period. If confirmation occurs after December, the eligible bonus will be deferred and paid in the following year.

In-hand (Monthly, indicative): MUR 49,500 In-hand (Annual incl. Bonus): MUR 645,000

4. Compensation Package

• This document outlines the proposed salary structure, benefits, and employment terms offered by AV Glass Industries Ltd. • It is shared for initial discussion and mutual understanding between both parties. • A formal Offer Letter will be issued upon final acceptance and successful completion of the selection process.

5. Benefits

• Accommodation: Company-provided shared accommodation. Room allocation may be individual or shared depending on role and availability. Common facilities such as kitchen and living areas are shared. Any upgrade or family accommodation will be at the employee’s additional cost.

• Food: Vegetarian meals (Lunch & Dinner, Monday to Saturday) provided by the Company. No monetary alternative will be offered.

• Local Transport: Transport facility provided between accommodation and workplace, along with transport for approved official duties.

• International Travel: One annual round-trip economy class ticket between India and Mauritius, as per Company policy.

• Medical Insurance: Coverage provided based on Company policy and role eligibility.

• Life & Disability Insurance: Coverage provided by the Company as per standard policy.

• Communication: Official SIM card provided for work-related use. Personal usage beyond limits will be charged to the employee. No mobile handset will be provided.

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (full day). Weekly off on Sunday, subject to operational requirements.

• Leave Entitlement: 22 working days of annual leave (encashable on Basic Salary only). Sick leave: 15 working days per year (medical certificate required for more than 3 consecutive days).

6. Statutory Deductions

• PAYE (Income Tax): Deducted monthly as per Mauritian regulations.

• CSG (Contribution Sociale Généralisée): Employee contribution deducted monthly (including bonus month); employer contribution borne by the Company.

• NPF (National Pension Fund): Employee contribution deducted monthly; employer contribution covered by the Company.

• Government Benefits: Any applicable government refunds or incentives will be processed as per prevailing laws and eligibility criteria.
