Accountant

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare statements (Income, Balance Sheet), analyze variances, and provide insights for management.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Invoice promptly, track payments, manage vendor bills, and collect customer payments.
• Job Costing: Track labor, materials, and overhead for specific HVAC projects to determine profitability.
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
• Payroll & Expenses: Process payroll, track technician expenses (fuel, vehicles, licenses), and ensure accurate expense categorization.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations (GST/TDS) and maximize deductions. 

Key Skills & Tools

• Software Proficiency: Tally.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC service models (installations, repairs, maintenance contracts).
• Attention to Detail: Essential for accurate data entry and reconciliation.
