Job SummaryThe Accounts Executive/Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting and audits.

• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain books of accounts including sales, purchase, cash, and bank entries
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
• Ensure timely GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Required Skills
• 1–5 years of accounting experience relevant Receivable
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally,
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
