We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined account audit executive to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial records and accounting processes. The role involves auditing books of accounts, verifying financial transactions, and ensuring adherence to internal controls, statutory regulations, and company policies.

The Account Audit Executive will review sales, purchase, inventory, payroll, and expense records to identify discrepancies, errors, or non-compliance. The position requires regular reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, customer ledgers, and GST data. The candidate will assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and coordination with external auditors.

Responsibilities also include checking GST returns, TDS records, and supporting documentation to ensure timely and accurate compliance. The role involves preparing audit reports, highlighting risks, and recommending corrective actions to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting standards, and familiarity with auditing practices. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel is essential. A degree in Commerce (B.Com) with prior experience in accounting or audit functions is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
