Accounts Executive

📢 We’re Hiring – Accounts Executive (Finance & Accounts) Location: MG Road, Gurgaon | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny

• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure GST compliance — returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation & filing

• Calculate and manage TDS, including deduction and return filings

• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and GST reconciliations

• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with statutory laws

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reports

• Handle invoicing, e-way bills, and e-invoicing compliance

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

• Practical experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.)

• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables preferred)

• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred (Added Advantage)

• Experience with ERP systems

• Knowledge of payroll processing

• Exposure to audits and financial controls

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance)

• Experience: 0 – 5 years — Freshers welcome to apply!
