Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The role includes managing sales and purchase bills, recording transactions, and supporting finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries

• Prepare and manage sales and purchase bills

• Record sales and purchase transactions accurately

• Generate invoices and maintain billing records

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Maintain vendor and customer accounts

• Perform bank reconciliation

• Maintain purchase and sales registers

• Assist in GST-related work

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of records

• Support finance and audit-related tasks

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Knowledge of GST and billing processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational skills
