Job Title: Finance/Accounts Executive

Purpose Of the Role:

Develop the Annual Operating Plan including financial analysis using appropriate ratio analysis to report the health of the business in collaboration with key stakeholders. Assist in managing accounting, finance, and compliances related to the E-waste vertical of KSPL and CSPL.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

•Champion cost reduction initiatives across the organization and develop a roadmap for targeted cost efficiencies.

•Manage and ensure all accounting books and records are maintained accurately and reliably, instituting appropriate control checks and balances.

•Oversee financial audits, including coordinating with auditors and implementing necessary adjustments.

•Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including Income Tax Law, Company Law, GST, ESI, PF, and other applicable laws.

•Manage banking operations, investments, borrowings, and insurance operations.

•Implement efficient cash management practices, including cash flow management, accounts receivable aging analysis, and working capital review.

•Coordinate payroll management and oversee salary and reimbursement systems.

•Utilize software tools like Tally, Excel, and MS Office for financial analysis and reporting.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial decision-making.

•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial operations.

Experience:

•Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
