Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
• Prepare and maintain general ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and accounting files.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and vendors as required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in preparing management reports and analysis.
