Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with strong knowledge of accounting software like TallyPrime and Busy Accounting Software, along with hands-on experience in GST compliance, billing, and invoicing. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing GST returns, and ensuring accurate accounting processes.The position offers Rs 8000-Rs 10000 in hand salary and opportunities for growth.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime / Busy Accounting Software
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Handle GST reconciliation (GSTR-2A / 2B)
• Generate invoices and ensure proper GST billing (CGST, SGST, IGST)
• Maintain purchase and sales records

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny,Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Requirements: The minimumum requirement for this role is Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred) .Freshers are required.The role requires Ability to meet deadlines,Organized and responsible,Willingness to learn and grow.Candidates must be open to 6 working days during the Day shift.
