Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and support the finance department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires good knowledge of accounting principles and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

• Prepare invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and track payments.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors and support during financial audits.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.

• Understanding of GST, taxation, and basic financial regulations.

• Good MS Excel and data management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
