Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with

statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and have strong knowledge of taxation and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts

Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including voucher entries and journal entries

Manage purchase and sales entries

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation

Ensure proper bookkeeping and record maintenance

Assist in TDS calculations.

Assist in GST reconciliation.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP

knowledge of GST Reconciliation

Experience in TDS calculation

Good understanding of accounting principles

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience in taxation and statutory compliance

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Good communication and coordination abilities
