Accounts Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in ensuring smooth business operations. The role requires attention to detail, strong financial understanding, and timely execution of all accounting activities.

• Key Responsibilities:

1.Daily Accounting Operations Record and update all financial transactions in Tally/ERP system.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain proper ledger entries and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, and credit/debit notes.

2. Bank & Cash ManagementPerform daily bank reconciliation.

• Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash register.
• Follow up on payments from clients and ensure timely collections.

3. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, work orders, and supporting documents.

• Assist in GST filing, TDS filing, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors for monthly/quarterly/yearly audits.

4. ReportingPrepare monthly financial reports, outstanding reports, stock summary, and payment status updates.

• Support management in budgeting and cost analysis.
• Track project-wise expenses and profitability (if applicable).

5. Coordination & SupportCoordinate with the sales, procurement, and project teams for billing and payments.

• Ensure all client invoices are raised as per PO/WO terms.
