Job Title: Accounts Executive – E-Commerce Operations

Location: Gurugram - Sector 38 - ProKitchen Warehouse (Islampur Village)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory)

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting activities along with supporting e-commerce financial operations. The candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software and operational systems to ensure accurate financial records and smooth reconciliation of online transactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Busy Accounting Software
• Manage sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
• Handle GST-related accounting entries and documentation
• Monitor receivables and payables
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities

E-Commerce Financial Operations

• Reconcile online marketplace transactions (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Track payments, deductions, commissions, and settlements from marketplaces
• Maintain accurate reports of orders, refunds, returns, and charges
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve payment or reconciliation discrepancies

Systems & Reporting

• Work on OMS / CRM systems for order and payment tracking
• Maintain transaction reports and accounting documentation
• Prepare financial summaries and operational reports when required
• Skills & RequirementsMinimum 2 years of accounting experience (Mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software
• Understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger management
• Basic knowledge of GST and taxation compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience in e-commerce accounting is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Working ConditionsOffice Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: One day per week
