Accounts Executive - Warehouse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with proficiency in Hindi to manage warehouse-related accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounting records related to warehouse operations
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Manage stock accounting and reconcile inventory with financial records
• Coordinate with warehouse team for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and dispatch entries
• Track and record expenses related to logistics and transportation
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial statements
• Assist in GST documentation and compliance
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams in Hindi and English
• Support audits by providing required documents and reports

Key Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Tally / ERP systems
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Additional certification in accounting (preferred)

Salary: As per industry standards

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Additional Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics accounting is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
