Accounts Manager

Job Title: Accounts Manager

Industry: Hospitality / Restaurant Chain

Experience: Minimum 10 years (Hospitality background mandatory)

Salary: Rs 40,000 – Rs 45,000 per month

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for restaurant/outlet(s)
• Handle daily sales reconciliation, POS reports, and cash/bank settlements
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, and inventory accounting
• Ensure timely GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly P&L statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with operations teams for cost control and budgeting
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliations
• Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and liaison with CA
• Supervise junior accounts staff and ensure accuracy in books of accounts
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in hospitality / restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, compliance, and audits
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and hospitality accounting
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Excel
• Sound understanding of P&L, food cost control, and inventory management
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple outlets
• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / Equivalent
• Prior experience in multi-outlet restaurant or hotel chains
