We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team and manage the financial health of our organization with accuracy and integrity.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and ledgers.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely vendor and client payments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
• Monitor project-wise expenses and maintain MIS reports.
• Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and payroll support.
• Ensure all accounting data is updated and accurate in Tally or other accounting software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic auditing principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of project accounting and vendor reconciliation.
