Position: Admin Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle overall office management, maintenance coordination, and administrative support. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and basic office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall office administration and daily operations
• Handle office maintenance and coordinate with vendors/service providers
• Maintain records of office supplies and inventory control
• Monitor and manage office assets and equipment
• Maintain attendance and staff records
• Prepare reports using MS Excel
• Support management with administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth functioning of all departments
• Handle documentation and filing work

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (reports, data entry, basic formulas)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Good communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Qualification:

• Graduate (Any stream preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in administration (preferred)
