Job Description
We are hiring Admission Counsellors to guide students and working professionals through enrolment into our finance and trading education programs.
This is a sales-focused role involving calling interested leads, understanding their goals, explaining course details, and closing admissions through a professional counselling approach.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with interested students (inbound & outbound leads)
- Explain course structure, fees, timelines, and learning outcomes
- Understand student background and career goals
- Handle questions and objections professionally
- Close admissions as per defined targets
- Update daily calling and follow-up details as instructed
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding support
Requirements
- Experience in education sales / counselling / telecalling / inside sales preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and targets
- Willing to work in a performance-driven environment
- Basic computer and WhatsApp usage skills
(Finance or trading knowledge is a plus but not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
