Job Description

We are hiring Admission Counsellors to guide students and working professionals through enrolment into our finance and trading education programs.

This is a sales-focused role involving calling interested leads, understanding their goals, explaining course details, and closing admissions through a professional counselling approach.

Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with interested students (inbound & outbound leads)
  • Explain course structure, fees, timelines, and learning outcomes
  • Understand student background and career goals
  • Handle questions and objections professionally
  • Close admissions as per defined targets
  • Update daily calling and follow-up details as instructed
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding support

Requirements

  • Experience in education sales / counselling / telecalling / inside sales preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and targets
  • Willing to work in a performance-driven environment
  • Basic computer and WhatsApp usage skills

(Finance or trading knowledge is a plus but not mandatory)

Salary & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
