Job Description
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/parents
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process
Handle queries and objections professionally
Conduct follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
Achieve monthly/weekly Targets
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Good convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
