Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases

Receive and handle inbound calls from interested customers

Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups

Understand customer requirements and pitch products/services effectively

Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM or Excel

Follow up on existing leads to nurture and convert them

Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets

Handle customer queries and provide basic product information

Update lead status and share reports with the manager


Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales, or Lead Generation Executive

Good communication skills (local language + basic English)

Persuasive and confident phone etiquette

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)

Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
