Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing admissions team. The role focuses on guiding doctors and healthcare professionals through the admission process, understanding their career objectives, and recommending the most suitable training programs offered by The Medicity.

This position requires strong communication skills, consultative selling abilities, and the capability to build trust-based, long-term relationships. The role offers significant incentive potential for candidates who consistently meet and exceed enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners (national and international doctors/medical professionals) via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Conduct detailed need assessments to understand career goals and training requirements
• Counsel and guide candidates on course selection, eligibility, and enrollment procedures
• Manage the end-to-end admission process, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships to enhance trust and conversion
• Perform regular follow-ups with leads using CRM systems and maintain accurate documentation
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly admission targets

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Ability to engage confidently with senior medical professionals
• Interest in medical education or healthcare industry preferred
• Prior experience in admissions, academic counselling, sales, or customer engagement is an added advantage
