Affiliate Marketing Executive

Job Title: Affiliate Marketing- Delivery (Junior / Senior / Manager / Lead)

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Delivery professional with 1–5 years of experience in the Affiliate Marketing industry, specifically in the Mobile/App vertical (CPI/CPA).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running MMP campaigns (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch), managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless campaign execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Delivery: Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, accurate tracking, and consistent performance across mobile/app channels.
• Publisher & Advertiser Coordination: Onboard and maintain relationships with partners to drive campaign success.
• Campaign Visibility & Optimization: Monitor delivery, performance metrics, and ROI to ensure maximum visibility and results.
• MMP Campaign Execution: Handle campaign setup, tracking links, postback integrations, and attribution analysis via MMP platforms.
• Reporting & Data Management: Maintain and analyze campaign data, generate detailed performance reports, and share insights with internal teams and clients.
• Problem-Solving: Identify delivery issues or discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, client servicing, and tech teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaign goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–5 years in Affiliate Marketing Delivery (Mobile/App CPI/CPA campaigns).
• MMP Expertise: Strong understanding of Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, or Kochava platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and make informed campaign decisions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred).
• Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously.
