Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Facade Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in managing facade systems for large commercial developments. Preference will be given to candidates from a retired Navy or military background with strong discipline, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in MEP, electrical systems, project management, or facility management, particularly in malls and high-street retail projects.

• Key Responsibilities- Oversee design, execution, and maintenance of facade systems including glass, ACP, stone, and metal facades
• Coordinate facade works with MEP, electrical, civil, and structural teams
• Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants for facade-related activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and statutory norms
• Handle project planning, scheduling, cost control, and execution of facade works
• Support facility management operations related to facade maintenance in operational malls and retail assets
• Conduct inspections, testing, and handover documentation
• Lead teams with strong discipline and operational efficiency
• Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum 15+ years of relevant experience in facade engineering or execution
• Retired Navy / Army / Armed Forces candidates strongly preferred
• Educational background in Electrical Engineering / MEP Engineering
• Proven experience in project management or facility management
• Prior exposure to malls, commercial complexes, or high-street retail projects
• Strong knowledge of safety systems, coordination, and operational protocols
